At Waterbed Outlet we are one of the few companies that actually ship our own products. Unlike most companies who drop ship directly from the manufacturer, Waterbed Outlet warehouses and ships most products within 48 hours (estimated). This is not a guarantee, but it is what we strive for every time. Delivery time with UPS usually takes about 5-7 business days after the product has left our warehouse. Tracking information is always sent to you so you know exactly when your product is going to arrive.
Larger products (such as Softside mattresses), as well as specially made items (Sheets, Padded Rails) usually take longer to ship. Any other shipping differences will be listed in the product description.
